MIDDLETON (WKOW) -- Middleton Police officers arrested a 76-year-old after he was found harassing two girls in the street.
On Tuesday, officers were sent to Park Street in response to a report of a suspicious man following two girls.
The suspect, David Kaczmarski, had been found tailing the girls for multiple city blocks before being caught.
Upon his arrest and booking into the Dane County Jail, Kaczmarski was found to have prior instances of similar activity.
On Thursday, the Dane County District Attorney's Office charged Kaczmarski with criminal disorderly conduct.
