MADISON (WKOW) -- A man wanted for the July murder of a 20-year-old was arrested Thursday, according to the Madison Police Department.
Mark Parks Jr., 21, was arrested for first-degree intentional homicide.
Dane County court records show Parks is charged with possessing a firearm as a convicted felony, first-degree intentional homicide - party to a crime, and first-degree recklessly endangering safety - as a party to a crime.
20-year-old Devon D. Grant was shot and killed on Milwaukee Street and Milky Way the afternoon of July 13. He was pronounced dead at a hospital later that day.
Devonte Gafford, 32, was arrested in early August by the U.S. Marshals Service. Parks was at large for over three months.
