MADISON, Wis. (WKOW) — Thirteen people in two families were displaced after a duplex fire on Milwaukee Street early Tuesday morning.
No one was injured.
The Madison Fire Department has left the scene of a duplex fire on Milwaukee Street early Tuesday morning.
A Madison Fire Department spokesperson said the call came in at about 3 a.m., and when crews arrived on scene they saw fire and smoke coming from the back of one of the homes.
The Red Cross was on scene assisting the displaced residents. Officials estimate about $150,000 in damages, according to MFD.
The cause of the fire is still unknown.
