Mother of missing 3-year-old held on bond

MANITOWOC, Wis. (WKOW) -- The mother of a missing 3-year-old boy, is now being held on bond as police continue to search for her son.

Elijah Vue, 3, was last seen Tuesday morning in Two Rivers.

The boy's mother, Katrina Baur, is being held on $15,000 bond for a charge of party to the crime of child neglect after a court appearance Friday.

A man connected to the case, Jesse Vang, is being held on $20,000 bond as police refer him for a charge of child neglect.

Police arrested Vang late Tuesday night while Baur was arrested overnight Wednesday, four hours after Vang.

Police are asking people in the area with home surveillance or doorbell cameras to check for footage of Elijah. Police are now asking for any video of the boy between Feb. 12 and Feb. 20.
