Jim Troupis on the Wisconsin Recount Effort Finally Underway. Judge Jim Troupis joins Vicki on the Vicki McKenna Show to discuss his involvement with the Trump Campaign's efforts to recount votes in Milwaukee and Dane Counties in Wisconsin. Jim and Vicki discuss the process by which votes in these two counties can be separated and challenged for their legality, and the "indefinitely confined" designation which they believe was misused by a record number of voters in these counties to circumvent the voter-ID requirement. They also discuss some of the normal processes by which a recount would be conducted, and why it's vital this process happen here in Wisconsin
