Arrested-Andre D Nash 24 yrs old,
Details : Officers responded to a traffic incident with occupants physically fighting. Police had information that a vehicle in this incident was involved just minutes before in an incident with Wisconsin State Patrol. As officers arrived on scene they located an individual who was physically being held down by others on scene.
As officers attempted to place this individual, later determined to be Nash, in handcuffs he continued to fight, biting one officer on the arm. Further investigation suggests that Nash had crashed his own vehicle, and then attempted to physically remove a driver from another vehicle in an attempted carjacking, before nearby good samaritans intervened and held Nash down until police arrival.
Nash was taken into custody and charges are pending.
