Two men walked into Rosati's Pizza, 4933 Commercial Ave., late Saturday night with the intent to rob the store, according to the Madison Police Department.
One of the store clerks told police one of the men was armed with what appeared to be an assault rifle.
Both men ran from the shop without getting any money. No one was hurt.
This is the second time this month that this shop has been targeted by robbers. The last incident happened on April 18. It is unclear if the incidents are related.
The suspects in the latest case are described as follows:
- Suspect #1: black male, 18-25 years old, 6'00", black jacket, black athletic pants
- Suspect #2: black male, 18-25 years old, 5'09", black hoodie with white hoodie underneath, dark cut off shorts, tan boots
