Middleton police have a person of interest in custody in the death of an elderly woman.
According to the Dane County Medical Examiner's Office, Agnes R. Bram, 82, was found in her garage on University Avenue. An autopsy shows she died from homicidal blunt force trauma to the head.
Police say the male suspect, who's in his 50s, was taken into custody Saturday morning at UW hospital. Middleton police have not said why he was there. Police also say the man and the victim knew each other.
