A man was attacked with a tire iron in downtown Madison overnight. It happened as the victim was backing out from a parking stall on Gilman Street. Police say the suspect hit his car, and then the victim, with the tire iron just after 2:30 a.m. Saturday. No arrests have been made. The victim was treated for injuries at the hospital.
