A bullet narrowly missed a Madison woman and her 3 year old granddaughter on Madison's South West Side Tuesday night. Police say a group of men was shooting at another man in the Elver Park area when a bullet went through a bedroom at an apartment on Mt Vernon Court. The woman and granddaughter were in the bedroom at the time. The bullet went through a headboard and pillow. No arrests have been made.
