Following information from Stoughton PD:
On Monday, July 31, 2017, at approximately 3:45 am, Stoughton Police were dispatched to reports of several shots being fired inside an apartment building in the 1600 block of Kenilworth Court in the City of Stoughton. The initial investigation revealed shots were fired in relation to a reported domestic dispute in which the alleged male suspect fled the area after discharging a firearm.
No injuries were reported in the incident. The shooting is not believed to be random and the general public is not in danger. Police are continuing the investigation.
