An attempted homicide on Madison's East Side Tuesday night. Just before 9 p.m. police were called to Webb Avenue, near Worthington Park, for "shots fired". They discovered one person was shot and being taken to the hospital. The victim's injuries are said to be non life- threatening. No arrests have been made.
