UPDATE (WKOW) -- 27 Storm Track Meteorologists say a snow system expected to start Monday is moving slowly.
Meteorologists say the system won't get into southern Wisconsin until later in the afternoon. Originally, it was thought snow would begin late Monday morning.
The system is expected to affect the afternoon commute, with heavy snow mixing with gusty winds between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. Monday in Madison area
The Winter Weather Advisory is in effect from Monday afternoon until Tuesday afternoon. It expires at different times for different counties.
