MIDDLETON (WKOW) -- A Madison man was arrested for his 5th OWI after an incident that happened early Wednesday morning.
According to the Middleton Police Department, 26-year-old Sergio R. Reyes was driving near Stonefield Road and Boundary Road around 1:00 a.m. when he didn't stop at a four-way intersection. Police say Reyes' vehicle almost hit an officer's squad car as it went through the intersection.
Following a field sobriety test, Reyes, from Madison, was arrested and booked into the Dane County Jail. A 5th OWI offense is a felony.
