Wisconsin Democratic candidate arrested nine times

Democrat Randy Bryce is under scrutiny for his record. It turns out Bryce, who's running for Paul Ryan's seat, has been arrested 9 times, including an OWI arrest in 1998. Bryce responded on his campaign website, calling his OWI arrest inexcusable. Other arrests were for driving with a suspended license and registration.  In 2011, he was arrested during a protest and back in 1991, Bryce was arrested for marijuana possession, trespassing, property damage and theft on his 27th birthday.  The theft and trespassing charges were dropped.
