MADISON (WKOW) -- Overnight, police in Madison arrested one person after they heard a gunshot -- and saw a car driving away from the scene.
It happened at the Lake Street Ramp on the Francis side at around 1:30 a.m. Friday.
Officers stopped the vehicle a short time later and arrested the driver.
Officials also found evidence of a shooting at the scene.
