DANE COUNTY (WKOW) — Sheriff’s officials in Dane County are working to identify two people spotted on security cameras who may be connected to a series of crimes.
Authorities are investigating numerous burglaries and thefts from cars in the neighborhood in the town of Burke and the village of Windsor. The crimes have been happening since September 30.
Sun Prairie police have also taken similar reports of theft and burglary in the nearby subdivision south of Highway 19. Two people were caught on a neighbor’s security camera during the time of the crimes.
Officials remind homeowners to lock your houses and vehicles and remove any valuables from the cars.
