MONROE (WKOW) — The Monroe Police Department says crews are responding to a possible explosion at Badger State Ethanol on 17th Street in Monroe.
The initial report came in at 5:53 Tuesday morning.
Officials say no injuries have been reported at this time. Some damage to the plant has been reported, but the extent isn’t known.
17th Street at 4th Avenue is blocked while crews investigate the incident. Some businesses are affected.
