Emergency crews are on the scene of a fire near the Janesville Recycling Center on Black Bridge Road.
The fire is between N. Parker Drive and Mayfair Avenue, according to a news release from Janesville police.
The road is expected to be closed until about 7:30 p.m.
The suggested detour is North Parker Drive (Highway 41) to U.S. Highway 14.
