A 42 year old Fitchburg man is in the Dane County jail Wednesday morning on a number of charges, including 5th offense OWI, after he tried getting away from police by driving on the railroad tracks on Madison's East Side. Dane County deputies tried pulling Troy Hall over just after 2 a.m. for not having his headlights on. Hall sped off but ended up getting stuck on the tracks along Milwaukee Street.
