The Wisconsin Air National Gaurd, stationed at Truax Field, will conduct evening training beginning Monday.
“The 115th Fighter Wing of the Wisconsin Air National Guard will be conducting training flights in the evening beginning March 4, 2019, through March 7, 2019,” the unit said in a post on its Facebook page.
The post said the wing usually conducts its training during the day, but pilots and maintenance crews are required to train in the evenings and at night.
“Pilots will follow flight paths designed to minimize noise to area residents,” the post said. “Area residents may see or hear F-16 fighter jets taking off or landing until approximately 10:00 p.m.”
