MADISON (WKOW) — A search warrant recently obtained by 27 News shows that a 15-year-old girl claims she was sexually assaulted last Wednesday by two 15-year-old boys at East High School.
The warrant states the girl claimed the assault happened in the late afternoon, in a bathroom at the school. She told police the boys lured her into the bathroom by taking her backpack. When she went in to get it back, they repeatedly asked her to perform sexual acts with them. She says she told them no, and that she needed to leave because her father was picking her up.
When she refused, she claims one of the boys forced her to have intercourse with him.
The search warrant 27 News obtained requests D.N.A. samples from one of the boys, who was arrested and charged with sexual assault. That boy told police that he wasn’t in the bathroom at the time of the alleged assault, but according to the warrant, surveillance video showed that he was.
Police hope that the D.N.A. samples will help them determine who is responsible for the alleged assault.
