A citation will be issued to the contractor who was working on a Madison apartment complex shortly before it suffered a partial collapse.
Plan Review and Inspection Supervisor Kyle Bunnow with the city of Madison’s Building Inspection Division told 27 News, “A citation is being issued for work having been completed without obtaining the required permit in conjunction with 1202 McKenna Blvd partial building collapse.”
