Police arrested a Madison man Saturday after they say he ran a red light, crashed, led authorities on a car chase, collided with a building and then ran from authorities.
Quentin D. Spears, 30, is being held on charges of hit-and-run, fleeing/eluding police, operating while intoxicated, resisting/obstructing and operating while revoked, according to a Madison Police Department incident report. Police have also placed him on a probation hold.
