A man accused of stabbing his wife to death in Wisconsin Dells has hung himself in his prison cell, according to the Columbia County Sheriff’s Office.
Fuad Pashayev, 31, of Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin, was pronounced dead after being found about 11 p.m. Sunday hanging in his cell, according to a sheriff’s office news release.
Jail staff were able to cut him down and perform life-saving measures while also calling an ambulance from Divine Savior Hospital, however, those life-saving measures were unsuccessfu
