FITCHBURG (WKOW) — Authorities are investigating a report of shots fired in Fitchburg early Friday morning, according to the Fitchburg Police Department.
Police responded to the 5400 block of Williamsburg Way at about 12:02 a.m. Someone in the area called to report a gunshot and a man walking in that area.
When authorities got there they found a shell casing.
Police don’t think anyone was hurt as a result of the gunshot.
