Madison police arrested a man for a March bathroom spying incident at a Burlington Coat Factory on Madison’s east side.
Police arrested 21-year-old Mitchell A. Brooks, of Cottage Grove, for invasion of privacy — use of a surveillance device on a victim under the age of 18, capturing an intimate representation, and disorderly conduct, according to a Madison Police Department incident report.
Police said they “diligently investigated this case” leading them to identify Brooks as a suspect.
