(Madison, WI) -- A pair of women who are accusing University of Wisconsin wide receiver Quintez Cephus of sexual assault hire a high profile lawyer to investigate why he was reinstated by the university. Cephus was expelled last year when a university investigation found he likely violated the code of conduct. He was allowed back on campus last month after the Dane County court acquitted him of the sexual assault charges. Attorney John Clune tells the State Journal the accusers weren't involved in the decision to readmit Cephus, which is a violation of their rights under Title-Nine.
