NEOSHO (WKOW) — There were no injuries Thursday morning following what school officials say was a “fender bender” with a Herman Neosho Rubicon school bus.
The incident happened about 7 a.m. when a car slid into the back of a school bus on Pond Road, according to District Administrator Dennis Kaczor.
EMTs responded to the scene as a precaution, but there were no injuries and school is proceeding as scheduled, Kaczor said. Because of the emergency response, it “kind of got blown out of proportion,” Kaczor said. He described it as a “fender bender.”
This district is in eastern Dodge County.
There was minor damage to the front of the car and the rear bumper of the school bus.
