Sun Prairie police have opened a new investigation into improper conduct by a volunteer coach who recently lost his teaching license following an investigation into improper conduct.
Michael Garrow was a volunteer coach at Sun Prairie until earlier this month, according to the parent of a Sun Prairie student.
Two teenagers have recently come forward with new allegations during the time Garrow coached in Sun Prairie.
State records show in February of 2018,Garrow allegedly inappropriately touched a Jefferson High School teenat Garrow's Sun Prairie home during a team sleepover there.
