UPDATE (WKOW) -- Two people are dead after a fire broke out at a home on Seminole Highway Thursday morning, according to Madison officials on the scene.
Madison firefighters arrived at the house in the 2100 block of Seminole Highway around 3:10 a.m. to find flames coming from the back of the home.
Madison police say two people were able to get out. Within ten minutes of arriving, firefighters found two others inside the home. They were taken to a hospital where they were later pronounced dead.
Fire investigators are working to figure out what started the fire.
