U.S. Marshals arrest man accused in violent attacks

U.S. Marshals on Monday arrested a Madison man accused of a host of violent crimes against women.

Sir Emarion M. Tucker, 18, had been accused of "violently victimizing" people while out on bail, according to a police incident report.

The MPD's Gang Unit, Special Victims Unit and several district detectives have been involved in these cases, according to police.

Tucker is charged with first-degree sexual assault, armed robbery and burglary for a September 2018 case.

A warrant was issued for Tucker's arrest in connection to a May 2020 attack and attempted sexual assault on Radcliffe Drive.

Police said they had also developed probable cause to arrest Tucker for an attempted carjacking, robbery, and battery of a 77-year-old woman on Cottage Grove Road earlier this month.
