According to a list compiled by Family Handyman, the most expensive neighborhood in all of Wisconsin is Madison and the 53726 zip code. The capital of the Badger State has a population around 273,000, a median home value of nearly half a million dollars, and was recently named the "most underrated" city in the entire state.
