(Wisconsin) -- Wisconsin communities are getting more than $174-million-dollars for road improvements.
The money comes from the Wisconsin Department of Transportation and is included in the 2025-2027 state budget.
Funding will go toward maintaining, repairing, and improving roadways across Wisconsin.
Most of the money will go to local governments, while $4-million-dollars will go to highway improvements, and about $250-thousand-dollars will go to Milwaukee County for expressway policing.
