(Wisconsin) -- A Wisconsin teen accused of killing his mother and stepfather before being taken into custody in rural Kansas will be in court for a status hearing today.
Police say Nikita Casap fled the state after murdering Tatiana and Daniel Meyer in their Waukesha home.
Federal investigators say the suspect plotted to assassinate President Donald Trump and wanted his parents' money to start a political revolution in the U.S.
Casap is pleading not guilty to his charges, including two counts of first-degree intentional homicide.
