From Monona PD
On 03/19/18, at about 8:20 pm, the Monona Police Department, along with several other agencies, responded to a partially nude woman who ran into an area gas station stating someone was trying to hurt her. Witnesses reported she appeared very scared. She took aT-shirt from the store and fled on foot. This potential victim arrived at the gas station with an adult male, but did not leave with him.
Monona PD is looking to identify this female to speak to her and check her welfare.
The woman was described as a white female in her early 20s, short, petite, long dark hair, and a fairly large tattoo on her upper right arm.
