MUSKEGO (WISN/WKOW) -- A criminal complaint charges two Culver's workers with extorting a co-worker out of thousands of dollars, threatening to expose his affair with another Culver's co-worker.
The victim paid up over $5,000 to the two co-workers who demanded money or they would ruin his reputation, threatening to "distribute flyers all over the city of Muskego."
29-year-old Cameron Rueda of Waukesha and 29-year-old Cody Labonte of Muskego are charged with extortion.
The men are formally charged with "threatening to communicate derogatory information." It is a felony with up to three years in prison if convicted.
