JANESVILLE, Wis. (WKOW) — A man was found guilty of his 10th OWI in Rock County Circuit Court earlier this week.

The Rock County District Attorney’s Office announced Thursday that Bruce Henningfield, 64, of Stoughton, was found guilty by a Rock County jury.

Henningfield was driving on Interstate 90 at around 4 p.m. last January with a blood alcohol of .168 when he struck a semi-truck and got his SUV stuck in heavy snow, according to investigators.

Henningfield’s trial began Monday. On Tuesday, the jury found him guilty of the Class E Felony.

Henningfield is being held in the Rock County Jail until his sentencing date before Judge Jeffrey Kuglitsch on March 6, 2025.

He is facing a maximum sentence of 15 years in the Wisconsin Prison System, and a mandatory minimum sentence of at least four years initial incarceration.
